Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is something that we’re passionate about at FreeWill.

We have a diverse team — 57% of our employees identify as female and 46% of our team identifies as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and other people of color). We are fortunate to have had a diverse founding team who put a lot of intention into building a kind and inclusive culture as FreeWill grew.

We support organically formed ERG groups, created to support and empower employees who are women, LGBTQ+, Black, LatinX, Asian American or Pacific Islanders, people with disabilities, and/or people of faith.
In the last few years, we’ve taken a number of additional steps to ensure that we remain a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. Some of these steps include:
While we have a healthy, inclusive culture, we believe that working toward equity and inclusion is a journey, not a destination or a box that you check, and helping our team build strong DEI muscles requires ongoing work and training.
